Crocker Reef ranges in depth from 35 to 110 feet. Remarkable elements such as formations of staghorn corals and swaying gorgonians add to the beauty of this dive. The reef is also marked by many small canyons, which are a result of natural formation. This is a very large reef covering enough area to be broken in to several separate reefs.

There are no markers or buoys on this site so it is necessary to anchor in a nearby sand patch.

Noteworthy components of this site include Crocker Wall, where a diver will find an abrupt drop from 55 to 90 feet. Also available are the Crocker Shallows, which provide great dive sites for diving ranging in depth from 35 to 50 feet.

There are many coral formations in this area as well as sightings of eagle rays, turtles, and stingrays. This is a great dive for viewing a plethora of sea life and an amazing site for spotting a variety of tropical fish. If you are looking for a real treat, the rare black coral can be found by drifting the wall end of the reef. This is truly a great area for experiencing the diversity the ocean has to offer.
